Jessica Moffitt, BS, CHESCertified Health Education Specialist

Welcome to Prospectively Healthy. My name is Jessica Moffitt and I am a Certified Health Education Specialist. I have a Bachelors in Community Health, with an emphasis in physical activity and exercise, as well as an additional certification that allows me to serve as a resource to the community for information about health topics such as nutrition, cooking, and healthy lifestyles. I do my best to research topics that are of interest in the community, and then host a class at various businesses both in town and online.

In addition to these programs, I have developed several series. These series provide my readers with weekly education sessions themed around topics such as “Eating for Pain Management”, and include a variety of recipes.

Each series has two options: the first is an “As-is” program, that is not modified to your specific requests, and does not require a consultation. The second option is a customized program that takes into consideration family size, dietary restrictions, and allergies.

For a complete list of available series, or for a custom program, view our Weekly Nutrition Education in our online store. After signing up, your series will be emailed to you on a weekly basis, on a day of your choosing.

To schedule a consultation about a program specific to you, click here! You will receive an email after checkout with availability and scheduling options.

*Note that all programs are approved by Licensed Naturopathic Physician Dustin Moffitt. These courses are educational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Programs are based on the average healthy adult consuming 2,000 calories per day unless otherwise specified.
