This includes a week’s-worth of assistance modifying current nutritional habits with healthier alternatives. Options include how to incorporate breakfast, better snacks, etc. It will include an educational PDF about the topics we are learning, as well as a few recipes to try each week. If you have specific dietary restrictions (i.e. dairy free), the recipes will be modified based on your requests. If you do not- please use the “weekly nutrition education” option instead.
