A strength training course geared towards pelvic floor health, core engagement, and muscle recruitment. Functional movements and strength training exercises with both be utilized.

Running Group
A laid back approach to learning to run, or improving current running performance. Running will begin with a 10 minute stretch in the PH Studio, followed by a 30-40 minute combination of walking, jogging, and running, and conclude with a 10 minute studio cool down.
**This is a weather dependent class. If “Feels Like” Temperature is below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, a Run Fit studio class will be taught instead. Running vests provided. Please dress weather-appropriate.

All Group Fitness Classes are available for $10 each. Due to the times of classes, we highly encourage you to sign up prior to class. If you wake up ready to workout and forgot to sign up- please feel free to head on over and we will do our best to accomodate.
