Jessica received her Bachelors of Science in Physical Activity and Exercise from Portland State University , and became a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) in 2016. It is Jessica’s belief that there is no perfect model for health. Rather, each individual has an interpersonal, ideal state of health of which they would like to achieve.
Using research based education, and fueled by her own passion for cooking and fitness, Jessica helps individuals reach this ideal state of happiness, one better choice at a time.
Jessica offers services such as wellness coaching for integrating health, cooking lessons, assistance with meal preparation, and grocery shopping assistance. Furthermore, she hopes to incorporate fitness into her programs by Spring 2018.
In her spare time, Jessica loves to do stress relieving crafts, photo collages, garden, visit with friends and their families, and of course, spend as much time as possible with her family.
