Brenda joined our team in December of 2023. We knew it was a match made perfect when she called us to say “I think you’re going to need more help in the new building, and I think it’s going to be me.” We spent many conversations with Brenda in the first few weeks of knowing her- and let me tell you- I think she interviewed us!
Brenda is our fearless coordinator of all things admin. In addition to managing the front desk, the New Patient Coordinator position, inventory, and any other task she is assigned with poise and a positive attitude, Brenda is also a mother of two wonderful boys, Carter & Parker, a wife, and a dog mamma to Marshall. A Great Bend Native, she’s no stranger to fast paced environments and chaos. With a work history that includes Hays Academy and a preschool classroom, she navigates even the most chaotic of days with unwaivered support.
In her spare time, she loves supporting her boys and their hobbies, traveling, music, and spending time with family.
Meet Haylee! She is finishing her senior year at Fort Hays State University, starting her masters program in the fall, and looks forward to being able to serve as a LPC for children. Haylee has three adorable fur babies. Haylee is the NeurOptimal technician in our clinic, assisting Amanda Brown, LPC, with this wellness service, and serves a crucial role as Assistant to the Adminstrative Lead (From chasing the Moffitt babies, to helping with Business Development Consulting, and everything in between)!
Hailey is a Senior at Fort Hays State University in the HHP program. What started as an intern position has blossomed into a wonderful working relationship with Hailey- she truly has an eye for detail, and doesn’t bat an eyelash at difficult tasks. Hailey’s primary role in the clinic is Assistant to the Administrative Lead, but she also can be found covering studio classes and sessions for Coach Jess as needed!
Hailey Jo launched her career here as a Certified Personal Trainer in January 2025! In addition, her classes include TransFORM Fit, Run Fit, and a Run Group. Check out our studio schedule group fitness and personal training options for more details on pricing and how to start your journey to well with Hailey.
Holly studies Ceramics at FHSU and is currently working towards her BFA (Bachelor’s of Fine Arts) but has always had an interest in natural medicine. When the opportunity arose to work at PH she jumped at the chance to get a first hand experience to see what Naturopathic Medicine is truly about.
I started my health care journey, looking back, as a child. I enjoyed the theories that involved natural world in healing practices. I was always following my mom around her career as nurse, and fell in love with geriatric care when I was probably 8yrs old. Fast forward to five years ago, I started my own path to getting my nursing degree. I’m currently at FHSU getting my BSN and hope to jump right into the Nurse Practitioner program immediately following graduation.
With gratitude,
Tori.
