Please note the Auto Immune Protocol (AIP) Version of the 6 week challenge is a modified meal plan and grocery list, but does NOT include modified videos. This program does NOT educate about the benefits of AIP, nor help clients decide if AIP is right for them. Rather, it helps provide the 6 week structure needed for an AIP protocol. Clients looking for a 12 week protocol may simply repeat the challenge, or use the content to write their own recipes after the initial 6 weeks has been completed. Lastly, please note this a modified AIP version- the Challenge: Find You program has a heavy emphasis on protein consumption, and the use of protein powders is recommended. There are very few AIP approved protein powders. Additionally, some recipes include Stevia, which is controversially appropriate for AIP.
This program does NOT include a re-introduction phase at this time.
Please note that while each challenge contains 54 new recipes, some recipes may repeat, particularly the staples, from Challenge to Challenge.
