Please note the Vegetarian Version of the 6 week challenge is a modified meal plan and grocery list, but does NOT include modified videos. This program does NOT educate about the benefits of a vegetarian diet, nor help clients decide if vegetarian is right for them. Additionally, there are indeed references to animal-based products in the pre-recorded videos, though the meal plan itself is truly vegetarian. Lastly, please note this a vmodified program version- the Challenge: Find You program has a heavy emphasis on protein consumption. Because of this, there are many meat-alternatives used. The research is controversial about the use of non-meat products and their ingredients. Please schedule a consultation or speak with a qualified healthcare professional to decide if they are the right choice for you.

 

Please note that while each challenge contains 54 new recipes, some recipes may repeat, particularly the staples, from Challenge to Challenge.
