What we are not
This is not a dieting program. It is a lifestyle change. At the end of the 6 weeks, you will have all the tools you need to continue forth on this journey.
This is not a corporate program. There are not supplements, no subscriptions, no required purchases. Its $159, plus the food. That’s it.
This is not a food service. All food items can be purchased at your local grocery store, or on Amazon if needed.
There’s nothing fancy here. No fancy tools needed, no fancy gym equipment or kitchen gadgets. Just real food, real effort, real lifestyle changes.

About the Food
1700-1800 calories a day, with all foods eaten in appropriate portions. There’s everything from stir fry to pasta, burgers to salads, and of course- all the goodness. This is a healthy diet plan for all adults, and is not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or illness. Substitutions for food allergies will be provided as requested.
About the workouts
The workouts are optional. Moving your body daily- that’s a healthy habit regardless of how you do it. You can attend MindFull Fit classes (the idea of stretching and strengthening your body and pairing it with self love), or can opt for the TransFORM Fit program, which is a self guided workout routine that can be completed at home or in the gym. Each week includes 2 workout routines.
