Where are you located?
All Naturopathic Doctor and Clinical Services are offered at both 209 W 12th Street, Hays KS 67601 & 211 Cherry Ave, Suite 101, Oakley, KS 67748
All Fitness & Nutrition Coaching services are offered at 209 W 12th Street, Hays, KS 67601 and virtually via telehealth.
Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, the insurance industry does not recognize naturopathic medicine in the state of Kansas. We offer affordable self pay rates and will gladly print you a superbill that you can send to your HSA, Flex Spending, healthshare, and even health insurance company to see if they will reimburse you for the services you have already paid for. We will not directly bill any insurance plan. All payments are due at the time of service.
How do I schedule?
Scheduling is easy! Please call our office 785-955-9228 to schedule an appointment if you are new to our office.
If you have completed 1 or more visits with Prospectively Healthy & Wellness Clinic you may also use the online scheduling platform available within your patient portal.
What if we are from out of town?
We have patients come in from all over! If you are traveling through Wichita, Denver, or Kansas City, please consider staying at a Drury Inn along the way! We have negotiated rates with their organization. Stays include breakfast and dinner, amenities galore, and many other wonderful features. Our corporate code is 334433!
We also have discounted rates at Sleep Inn here in Oakley, just mention Dr. Moffitt’s name for a discount.
In town, we have the Fick Museum & the Oakley Travel Center Featuring a historic Buffalo Bill tribute. We are just a short drive from gorgeous Kansas landmarks such as Little Jerusalem, Monument Rocks, and of course, Cedar Bluff.
