CoreWell™ by Prospectively Healthy

Prospectively Healthy’s CoreWell™ Program is built around a simple belief: your body is not broken—it’s responding to what it’s been given. Our role is to create the conditions that allow your body to function the way it was designed to. Rather than jumping straight to aggressive interventions, we take a thoughtful, stepwise approach that prioritizes safety, sustainability, and long-term results.

Throughout every phase of Prospectively Healthy’s CoreWell™ Program we prioritize gentle, effective therapies that work with your body whenever possible. When additional support is needed—whether through targeted nutrients, peptides, or hormone optimization—we use them intentionally and appropriately, always with your safety and long-term outcomes in mind.

Ultimately, Prospectively Healthy’s CoreWell™ Program is not just about feeling better in the moment—it’s about creating a foundation that helps you stay well. By building strong habits, improving resilience, and supporting your body proactively, we aim to reduce the need for more intensive interventions down the road and help you maintain your health for years to come.

What Are Peptides & How Are They Used in the Body?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids—the same building blocks that make up proteins in your body. They act as messengers, helping cells communicate and carry out specific functions like metabolism, tissue repair, hormone signaling, and immune response. In medicine, peptides are used to support and enhance natural biological processes, rather than override them. Depending on the type, they may help regulate appetite, improve energy production, support muscle recovery, promote detoxification pathways, or assist in cellular repair and regeneration.

When used appropriately and under medical guidance, peptides are generally considered safe and well-tolerated. Because they are naturally occurring in the body, they tend to work in alignment with normal physiology. However, like any therapy, there are potential side effects. Mild symptoms may include temporary nausea, headache, or injection site irritation. More serious symptoms—such as persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, or allergic reactions—should be reported immediately.

Safety depends heavily on proper dosing, sourcing, storage, and administration technique. This is why following instructions and maintaining open communication with your care team is essential. Peptides should always be used as part of a structured program with appropriate monitoring.

In naturopathic medicine, our goal is to support the body’s innate ability to heal and regulate itself. Peptides align well with this philosophy because they work by enhancing the body’s own signaling systems rather than forcing a singular outcome. Instead of masking symptoms, peptides are used as part of a whole-person approach, alongside nutrition, movement, stress management, and foundational nutrient support.

Within the Core Well Program, peptides are not used in isolation—they are thoughtfully integrated into a broader plan designed to improve how you feel, function, and perform in your daily life.

Peptides may be beneficial for individuals experiencing:

  • Low energy or fatigue
  • Difficulty with weight management or metabolism
  • Brain fog or reduced mental clarity
  • Poor recovery from exercise or injury
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Hormonal imbalance symptoms
  • Increased inflammation or slow healing
  • Decreased muscle tone or strength
  • Digestive or metabolic inefficiency
  • Signs of aging or reduced cellular resilience

It’s important to note that peptides are not a one-size-fits-all solution. Your care plan will be tailored to your individual goals, symptoms, and overall health picture.

The 5 Layers of Prospectively Healthy’s CoreWell™ Program

A step-by-step approach to building lasting health by addressing the root causes of disease—not just the symptoms.

This is where everything begins. Before adding advanced therapies, we focus on stabilizing the basics that drive how your body functions daily.

Focus Areas:

  • Nutrition & fueling patterns
  • Hydration
  • Sleep quality
  • Stress & nervous system regulation
  • Movement & metabolism

If this layer is off, nothing above it works as well.Coach Jess is an expert in Nutrition, lifestyle, and fitness integrations.

(Botanical & Natural Medicine)

Here we gently “nudge” the body back into balance using plant-based medicine and traditional naturopathic tools.

Includes:

  • Herbal tinctures
  • Adaptogens
  • Organ support botanicals
  • Foundational supplementation

This layer enhances what your body is already designed to do. We’ve hand selected options here that work well with this program, and can be executed by Brittney McKenzie, NP, or Dr. Dustin Moffitt, ND.

(Peptides + Targeted Nutrient Therapy)

Once the foundation is strong, we can begin restoring systems that need deeper support.

Includes:

  • Peptides (cell signaling + repair)
  • Targeted nutrient injections (B12, MIC, etc.)
  • Glutathione support
  • Mitochondrial optimization (NAD support)

This is where people start to feel real momentum. Just call her your peptide expert- Brittney McKenzie, NP can create a targeted approach for you in a 30 minute zoom session, and check ins are just once every 90 days unless you need something sooner.

(Hormones + Metabolic Regulation)

We’re no longer just supporting—we’re correcting deeper imbalances that the body cannot fully resolve on its own.

Includes:

  • Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
  • Thyroid optimization
  • Advanced metabolic support
  • GLP-1 therapies (when clinically appropriate)

This layer restores what’s missing—not just managing symptoms. If you’re looking for hormone optimization, please be sure to schedule with Dr Dustin Moffitt, our hormone expert.

(Advanced Therapies + Performance + Longevity)

Now we enhance performance, recovery, and long-term health.

Includes:

  • IV therapy
  • NAD optimization
  • Performance peptides
  • Red light therapy
  • PEMF
  • Recovery & longevity tools

This is where patients go from “feeling better” → “functioning at their highest level.”

A new way of exploring Well

We begin by looking deeper than surface-level symptoms. Fatigue, weight changes, mood shifts, and hormonal concerns are often signals—not the root problem. Through Prospectively Healthy’s CoreWell™ Program, we work to uncover and address the underlying patterns contributing to how you feel, whether that’s stress, inflammation, nutrient depletion, metabolic imbalance, or hormone disruption. When we identify and support the cause, the symptoms often begin to resolve naturally.

Your care is never one-dimensional. We consider the full picture—how you eat, sleep, move, think, and recover—because all of these pieces are connected. By supporting your body across multiple systems at once, we create a more stable and lasting shift in your health. This approach allows us to build progress that doesn’t rely on quick fixes, but instead supports how you feel day-to-day and over time.

Education is a key part of this process. We believe you should understand what’s happening in your body and why specific recommendations are being made. As you move through the program, our goal is to give you the tools, clarity, and confidence to take ownership of your health, not depend on us indefinitely.

Core Well is not designed for those looking for a quick fix or a one-time solution. While many people begin to feel better early in the process, this program is built around creating lasting change—not temporary results. If the goal is immediate relief without addressing the bigger picture, this approach may feel slower than expected.

It may also not be the right fit for individuals who prefer a fully passive experience. Core Well is a partnership. While we provide guidance, structure, and support, meaningful progress depends on your willingness to engage, communicate, and follow through with recommendations. Small, consistent actions over time are what create the biggest shifts.

Those who are not open to looking at lifestyle factors—such as nutrition, sleep, stress, and daily habits—may find the program limiting. We don’t isolate one symptom or rely on a single solution. Instead, we look at how different systems in the body interact, and that requires a level of openness to addressing multiple areas at once.

Core Well may also not be appropriate for individuals seeking only medication-based care without interest in understanding the underlying drivers of their health concerns. While advanced therapies, including peptides and hormone support, may be incorporated when appropriate, they are used within a broader framework—not as standalone fixes.

Finally, this program is not intended for individuals who are unable or unwilling to communicate changes in their health status, follow safety guidelines, or participate in required check-ins. Your safety and outcomes depend on accurate information and ongoing collaboration.

If you’re looking for a more thoughtful, structured, and long-term approach to your health—and are ready to be an active participant—Core Well will meet you there.

How Prospectively Healthy’s CoreWell™ Program Works

We’ve designed the CoreWell Program to be simple, structured, and supportive—so you always know what to expect and never feel stuck or overwhelmed.

Step 1: Complete Your Labs

Once you enroll, we’ll coordinate your lab work in the way that’s most convenient for you:

  • A lab kit can be shipped directly to your home, OR
  • You can have labs drawn at your local health department or lab facility, OR
  • You can stop into our clinic for your blood draw

We make this part easy and flexible. If you do not wish to have labs done, you may take a functional lifestyle approach with Jessica, or you may complete your labs after your initial consultation. NOTE: prescriptions will not be released until clinical safety is proven through labs.

Step 2: Review Your Results

Once your results are in, you’ll meet with our team for a 30-minute virtual new patient appointment via Zoom.

During this visit, we:

  • Walk through your results
  • Connect them to how you’re feeling
  • Identify patterns and root causes
  • Begin mapping out your personalized plan

Step 3: Your 90-Day Plan

You’ll receive a custom 90-day treatment plan designed specifically for you.

This may include:

  • Nutrition and lifestyle strategies
  • Targeted supplements or botanicals
  • Peptides or metabolic support
  • Hormone optimization (if appropriate)
  • Recovery and performance tools

Everything is layered intentionally—no guesswork.

Step 4: Ongoing Support (Without the Pressure)

Every 30 days, you’ll complete a quick check-in through zoom so we can monitor your progress and ensure everything remains safe and effective.

  • These check-ins are required for refills
  • They are quick, efficient, and no additional cost
  • You can reach out anytime if you need support along the way

You’re supported—but never micromanaged.

Step 5: Reassess at 90 Days

At the end of your 90 days, we’ll review your progress together.

From there, you can:

  • Continue for another 90 days
  • Adjust your plan
  • Or pivot to a different level of care
