Functional Lab Testing at Prospectively Healthy

A Deeper Look at Your Health

At Prospectively Healthy, we don’t guess — we test. Functional lab testing helps us uncover the why behind your symptoms, offering insight beyond what standard labs reveal. From hormone imbalances to gut dysfunction and nutrient deficiencies, these advanced diagnostics allow us to craft personalized wellness plans tailored to your body’s unique needs.

What We Test

We offer a wide range of specialty testing panels, including:
  • Comprehensive Hormone Panels – For adrenal, thyroid, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone balance

The Process

We keep functional testing simple and streamlined:

Consultation

Meet with Dr. Moffitt or our clinical team to determine which panels are best suited for your needs.

Collection

Many labs can be drawn right here in our clinic. Some are saliva, urine, or at-home kits.

Interpretation

Once results are in, we go beyond the numbers. You’ll receive a personalized analysis and treatment plan.

*Please note courtesyt labs drawn for outside facilities are NOT interpreted by our office.

Support

Your body is dynamic — and so are your labs. As your health evolves and lifestyle factors shift, we continually monitor your progress and fine-tune your protocol to support optimal results.

Why Functional Testing?

Conventional labs can miss the bigger picture. Functional labs assess how your body functions — not just whether you fall within a “normal” range. They’re ideal for patients struggling with:

  • Fatigue or burnout
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Digestive concerns
  • Inflammation
  • Anxiety/ Mood Swings
  • Brain fog
  • Weight resistance

Flexible Options

We do not accept insurance and here’s why that benefits you.

At Prospectively Healthy, we skip the red tape so you get the testing you actually need — not just what insurance decides to allow.

No surprises- Just accurate data and meaningful insights to guide your care.

Start Your Functional Lab Journey

Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or optimizing your wellness, functional lab testing can provide the clarity you’ve been missing.

Book a consultation today and let’s get to the root of what’s holding you back.

Weight Loss Screening Panel

Uncover the biological factors that may be stalling your progress. This panel looks at insulin resistance, thyroid health, cortisol balance, and key metabolic markers to tailor a weight loss strategy that actually works with your body.

Most weight loss lab panels include only the basics — and still come with hefty out-of-pocket charges when processed through insurance.

Our complete self-pay Weight Loss Screening Panel is just:

$99.00

This panel is ideal for anyone struggling with stubborn weight, low energy, or blood sugar imbalances that aren’t improving through diet alone.
