Have you ever thought that your diet and lifestyle are impacting the amount you pay for health insurance?
Ever wondered what fruits taste like without all that sugar on them, or the vegetables without all the dressing? The longer I eat them the more vibrant the flavor. I however still think that consuming animals products is healthy in very moderate proportions. I am still trying to cut down my meat to consumption to only a day or two a week, as that is all my body could ever need.
