This includes a week’s-worth of assistance modifying current nutritional habits with healthier alternatives. Options include how to incorporate breakfast, better snacks, etc. It will include an educational PDF about the topics we are learning, as well as a few recipes to try each week. This program is specific to children- meaning the PDF will be a child-friendly activity that can be done at home, and will gear towards developing lifelong nutrition habits. This program is best suited for ages 7-14. Custom diet restrictions are an additional $20 per week.
